Whats in My Travel Makeup Bag (Ireland/England Edition)

As I write this, I am currently fighting jet lag and waiting for dinner in Ireland. As it is the summer for most of the northern hemisphere, I thought it would be helpful for you all to see what I brought to Ireland with me on this month-long trip. It's the longest I've been away from home and I knew that makeup-wise, I had to bring products that I knew I could rely on and were multi-purpose.

I'm pretty good at packing the essentials (clothes-wise) so I had a bit more room for beauty products such as skin care, hair care, and make-up. I separated the items as follows: face, eyes, and lips. I've written my lists over and over again until I finally cut it down to a more or less acceptable number for each category. It may seem either too few or too excessive, but I find that I'm neither restricted nor overwhelmed with what I brought.

Face

Gasp! One primer, one foundation, and one powder? I was strictest with these items because I was going to buy tons while I was here. I also tend to bring too much whenever I travel, so I wanted something I was sure would work no matter what climate. 

The Etude House Good Bye Pore Ever Primer Essence has been a long time favourite of mine and is something I always come back to. It also pairs beautifully with the Jouer Matte Moisture Tint as it provides a layer of hydration and makes the tinted moisturizer look even more seamless and skin-like. The Maybelline Master Conceal while lacking in high coverage, makes up for it by blending beautifully and easily into the skin. Finally, the NARS Translucent Crystal Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder won't run out! I do prefer it as its finely milled but doesn't take the dimension away from the face when applied. It's also much easier to travel with a compact powder versus a loose powder, so definitely no spills with this! Lastly, I wanted to test how well the Skindinavia Makeup Setting Spray (Oil Control) fared in cooler climates. It'll also be useful when I'm going around for the whole day as I need to worry less about my makeup melting.

I only took one blush and my contour powder, since I was planning to buy a cream blush anyway (more on that later). The NYX Powder Blush in Pinched is perfect for the summer because of its coral and pink tones, which also works well with nearly all of the lipsticks that I bought. I decided to bring the Too Cool for School Createur du Contour as my face tends to bloat a lot whenever I travel. It's something I've noticed in all the pictures of me from past trips, and I'm determined not to look like a ball this time around!

Eyes

I was a little more lenient with eyes because most items are very small and compact. Of course I brought the Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette because I want to test its versatility in creating multiple looks. I also brought a single Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Cosmopolitan because I am obsessed with the colour and I knew it would pair well with the other eyeshadows in the Cocoa Blend palette. I also brought along the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Creamy Beige in case I won't have time to do anything fancy. The Urban Decay Primer Potion is of course a must, because I do want my eyeshadows to last all day and not crease (something that still happens even when I'm in cold countries). 

I find that eyeliner makes such a big difference whenever I wear it, so I brought both the K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner Micro and the Clio Kill Brown Brush Liner for variety and ease of use. The Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara (Waterproof) still hasn't gone bad on me, though if it does, I'm definitely going to pick up a new mascara while I'm here.

Lips

I remember asking Alex from The Red Eyeliner on the acceptable amount of lip products to bring while traveling, and she answered four including lip balm. Not going to lie, surprising answer considering how much she likes her lipsticks! I managed 5 lip products including lip balm (not featured due to embarrassingly beat-up packaging), though I did pick up the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment during my layover in Singapore (oops). 

I brought along the Golden Rose 2000 Lipstick for a nice red in case needed, along with the Etude House Play 101 Pencil in 21 as they pair well together. The MAC Lustre Lipstick in See Sheer goes everywhere with me now because it goes beautifully with warm eyeshadows, and isn't too stark like most corals. Finally, the Chanel Rouge Coco in Mademoiselle is my go-to lipstick on lazy days, or for when I want to look a little more presentable.

2015 Favourites

Better late than never, yes?

2015 did a better job at showing me who was boss than I did, so I'm honestly glad to say goodbye. While there were moments of laughter and joy, I was struggling through most of it. That, however, is not the case for make-up! I've found so many gems this year that I am more than happy to add to my permanent collection, and I can't wait to share it with all of you!

I didn't choose a product for every category, as I didn't try much from each anyway. I included those wherein I had a lot of options, or those really worthy of a mention! These products have easily obtained holy grail status and will be used until they're gone. <3

Best Base: Jouer Matte Moisture Tint (My shade: Nude)

This was tough, especially for those of you who know how much I love bases. This Jouer one is great for everyday, and is also amazing for mixing with other bases! A little goes a very long way, and the coverage and finish is amazing. This is similar to the Fairydrops Candybar BB Cream (review here) though with a faster drying time. Essentially, perfect skin in a tube! 

Best Concealer: Maybelline Master Conceal (My shade: 30 Light-Medium) (Review here)

I've reached for this concealer ever time without fail. I love its thin, lightweight consistency but good dry down time, making it great for dark circles, covering redness, and for scars. It was non-cakey on my normal and my combination skin, and looked very natural even on its own! Really amazing drugstore concealer that I would recommend to anyone!

Best Cheek Product: Too Cool for School Art Class by Rodin Createur du contour (Review here)

I never expected to love this product as much as I do now. I find that using a small amount every day makes a world of a difference in adding definition to the face without looking too obvious. It adds amazing shadow to warmer skin tones or Asian complexions like mine. I've already made a hefty dent, and yet its still going strong!

Best Eyeshadow: Too Faced Natural Matte Palette (Review here)

I have reached for this palette so much on so many occasions it's almost ridiculous. The colours are perfect for my needs, can be used alone or in conjunction with other palettes, and the formula is amazing. I still would highly recommend this palette and I will definitely be using it up until I hit pan!

Best Lipstick: MAC See Sheer

This was honestly the easiest for me to think of, despite acquiring a number of lip products this year. I have reached for this colour so many times even after the end of the warmer months, and I have loved this. Its essentially the only "coral" I would wear, which is a very big statement. This might be the first lipstick I will finish - I'll keep you all posted.

NEW IN: MAC Plumful

Life update: my laptop has returned! We are back to regular programming!

Yes, another MAC lipstick. I did say that I'd get this lipstick anyway, but I didn't think I'd get it so impulsively. I literally just walked into MAC, swatched it, and before I knew it, I was at the counter. (_ _) I guess I figured that if I kept swatching it every time I went to MAC, I might as well get it.

MAC Plumful (Lustre) shouldn't be too unfamiliar if you watch beauty bloggers on YouTube. Its a shade that always made me curious as it looked so different on every skin tone, but still looked so unique. MAC describes it as a 'blossoming rose plum' and I can definitely see those tones in the lipstick. 

It swatches lighter than it appears on my lips, at least in my case. Several people have commented on how dark this lipstick looks on me, though I don't find it to be so. It does look quite dark and scary in the tube, but it applies as a very wearable, inoffensive plum with hints of pink.

It is a lustre formula, so it isn't terribly pigmented or long-wearing. It is, however, one of those lip colours that can be applied without a mirror or used on lazy days. It'll last for 3 hours, or up until you start eating or drinking. This is something I don't mind, as I find that it fades evenly and doesn't leave that dreaded lipstick halo. It is also quite moisturising because of the lustre formula, but doesn't slip and slide too much like a lot of creamy lipsticks.

As the formula for this lipstick is more sheer and lightweight, I would say it lasts about 3 to 4 hours without eating or drinking. You will have to reapply as soon as you do, but I don't find this to be an issue as I like reapplying anyway. It doesn't fade awkwardly especially when you blot in between layers, as it leaves a tiny stain behind.

I haven't had a chance to use this as much as I did See Sheer, but it's still to early to say considering I've only had it for about a month or so. I will say that I am very happy to finally own it because its so unique and pretty! I'm definitely making it a point to try it out more until I get to use it regularly. It seems like the best lipstick colour for rainy days.

Birthday Make-Up

Another surprise! This is a little late, but I thought I'd share with you the make-up I wore for my birthday last week. Its currently the intersession semester at my uni, and my birthday unluckily fell on the day of a presentation. I only had about half an hour to freshen up and get ready for dinner after, so I think I was able to do my makeup under 10 minutes! This is already pretty quick for me because I normally take 20-30 minutes to do makeup, just because I find it very relaxing and also because I like my base make-up looking very perfected.

Base: Etude House Goodbye Pore Ever Primer Essence + Jouer Matte Moisture Tint + Benefit Watts Up

Yes, this primer is back! My skin is much drier than a month ago (yay ;u;) and because the Jouer TM can emphasize dryness, I thought the primer would be good to counteract that and still bring a bit of hydration to the face. The result is very natural-looking skin that doesn't get too shiny even at the 6 hour mark! I couldn't be bothered with concealer because if I did, I would have never left the house.

Eyes: Urban Decay Primer Potion + Innisfree Mineral Single Cream Eyeshadow (04 Romance Burgundy) + Urban Decay Naked 2 - Chopper + Fairydrops Platinum/Scandal Queen Waterproof Mascara

I wanted to focus more on the eyes for this look (not that you can see my eyeshadows very well because of my hooded lids) so I tried out my new Innisfree cream shadow for the first time! I only used a small amount so instead of coming out as burgundy, it appeared more like a copper with red undertones and gold shimmer. I toned it down even more with Chopper from my Naked 2 palette, and it would have been perfect if I had the time to apply a matte brown in the crease like Strapless from the Too Faced Natural Matte palette. Adding some mascara to my top lashes also helped balancing the eyeshadow out.

Lips: Nivea Med Protection Lip Balm SPF 15 + MAC See Sheer (Lustre)

I really like this new lip balm (purchased because of Danie from That Nugu's review) because it hydrates my lips even as the balm fades. I paired the eyes with See Sheer because I thought it would look more harmonious with the copper-y eye.

Birthday Make-Up

Baguio May 2015 Travel Make-Up Bag

Surprise! I have not done a post like this ever, but I took some decent pictures of the make-up I brought to my last trip, and I thought I'd show you what I brought with me! You'll be seeing a lot of new things as well as old. If I'm being honest, I brought a bit too much. I rationalized while packing that I liked having options, but found that I had a small time frame to do my makeup and wanted to go with one look anyway.

Missing: Clio Kill Brown Waterproof Brush Liner

Base: Benefit Porefessional + Jouer Matte Moisture Tint (Nude) + Maybelline Master Conceal (Light-Medium) + Benefit Watts Up!

This has been my go-to base since I got the Jouer Matte Moisture Tint. It's not as heavy as using foundation (though my Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation is pretty lightweight) and it requires less upkeep. Having a primer plus a matte tinted moisturizer made my base last for a good 8+ hours which is great by my standards. And if you noticed, yes I didn't bring powder!

Color: NYX Powder Blush (Pinched) / Milani Baked Blush (Bella Rosa)

I'm the kind of person that matches their blush to their lip colour because I find that it looks more put together. I also wanted to have options, but found it unnecessary for this trip because I didn't bother wearing a blush at all. I'll definitely still bring two blushes for future trips - hopefully I'll have time to do my make-up then!

Eyes & Brows: Urban Decay Primer Potion + Too Faced Natural Matte Palette + Clio Kill Brown Waterproof Brush Liner + Fairydrops Platinum Waterproof Mascara + Lioele Auto Eyebrow Pencil

Since I didn't have a lot of time, I didn't do eyeliner no matter how much I wanted to :( I also just brushed through my brows since I just threaded them at the time. I did, however, put on eyeshadow  because I was testing out the TF palette. Also, I cannot go without mascara, which saddens me because I don't have any back-ups for my Fairydrops Mascara :(

Lips: Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate (05) / NYX Butter Gloss (Strawberry Parfait) / MAC See Sheer

I originally just brought the Rimmel and MAC lipsticks because those were the ones I couldn't decide on when packing. The NYX gloss joined the line up because it was the only lip product I owned that didn't dry out the edges of my lips if used alone. I ended up using See Sheer the entire trip because I needed the warmth on my face and because it goes really well with the NYX blush. 

It surprises me how this all fit in my make-up bag. One thing I learned when packing make-up which I want to share with you is try not to bring as much as me haha! On a more serious note, it seems better to bring products that don't require brushes if you can, just to save on space.

Baguio May 2015 Travel Make-Up Bag

April & May Favourites

Finally my favourites post time! If you didn't know, I decided to have a bimonthly favourites instead and I have to say I think I like it better. Within the course of two months I got a few new things that I really like, and I can't wait to share them with all of you! 

I don't have any skin care favourites this time around because I've been using products from my dermatologist (gasp). I don't know if I ever mentioned, but I put off going to the dermatologist for a long time because I wanted to find a routine that would address my skin concerns on my own. It worked for a while, until my acne started getting out of control and nothing was working. I do have a hair product and (another gasp) a body product!

I do have to say that one favourite not included here is my old kit lens for my camera. I decided to try it out again after thinking it was broken and it gave much better quality images that my old lens! The only fallback is that I can only use manual focus, but I've read that its better than auto anyway.

Also - yay for the new background!

OGX Scalp Therapy Australian Tea Tree Conditioner

I mentioned the Kukui Oil variant in one of my impulse hauls last year, but I like this better because it does much more than the Kukui Oil one. It has reduced scalp itchiness (slightly tmi but its a very real concern XD) even when I don't use it every time I wash my hair while still leaving it smooth and easy to style (not that I do much styling). It also has a cooling effect, which is wonderful considering the 34~41 °C degree heat!

Too Faced Natural Matte Palette

Where do I even begin with this? Not only does this palette compliment my warm skin better than the mattes I had prior (aka the Naked 2), but the formula of these is the best that I've encountered! They're both pigmented and quite buttery, something I didn't think possible for matte eyeshadows. Expect a review of this soon!

MAC See Sheer talked about in depth here

April was the month that I really started getting and using lipsticks, and this is the one I reached for the most. Its a muted coral that is not too pink, too red, or too orange, and is really great for those who are adverse to strong corals like me, or those who want a hassle-free warmer lipstick!

NYX Powder Blush (Pinched) from this haul

I wore this with See Sheer and they made an amazing combination! Pinched doesn't only warm up the face but it also gives a lot of brightness. Again, I'm not the biggest fan of corals but I love this. This and See Sheer are some of the products that make me really excited to put on make-up!

Soap and Glory Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub

If you're not a fan of sweet smelling scents, steer clear. If you are however, this smells like pancakes! I haven't bought a scrub in a loooong time, and I have never used anything as good as this. It leaves my skin really soft and moisturized, even if I don't follow it up with lotion. This is honestly so much fun to use and I have to limit myself to using this once a week in fear of running out!

K-Palette Lasting 2-Way Eyebrow Pencil review here

Second brow product that I really grew to appreciate and have turned to whenever I'm going to be out for a long day. The pencil has a very fine nib that's great for drawing on individual hairs, and the powder is for lazy days or for filling out large gaps. Read my review if you want more details!

Maybelline Master Conceal 

I love that this blends easily, sets to a natural, seamless finish, and is quite pigmented considering the price. I find myself reaching for this more than my Make Up Forever Full Cover because it can be used both under the eyes and on blemishes, which makes it great for travel and taking around. It is slightly too light for me, but because it is blendable, it works well for me!

Also there are two new things that I got which will be in my next haul post!

April & May Favourites

Lip Products Wishlist

I've been really getting into lip products as of late, so I thought I'd share with you some of the lip products that have really caught my attention, so much to the point that I will be purchasing them at the right time (read: on a sad day, on impulse). I categorized them according to shade just to make things more interesting. Hopefully you'll be seeing 2 or 3 of these in future blog posts!

And yes, I just noticed that I mentioned only three brands in this post. Whoops?

I have a weakness for reds. :( In looking at a new lipstick collection, my eyes will always gravitate to red first. I'm not sure why that is, but red just seems timeless to me. I have mostly reds in my current collection and I don't think it's going to stop there. For a sheer tomato red, I've been eyeing (and shamelessly swatching at counters) MAC Ladybug. It'd be great for days when I want to wear red but don't want the hassle that comes with it.  I also want more matte reds because it looks so classy and elegant, so popular drugstore reds such as the Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte by Kate in 107 and 111 would be great to add to my collection (which I hope to get this autumn).

I struggle with pinks and nudes, because majority of the most recommended shades are either too loud for me or do not suit my warm skin tone at all. I do know that I want to try the Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Eastend Snob, which is a really pretty warm rosy pink that I could use on its own or under a nude lipstick like MAC Hug Me, which is a flesh pink and probably as nude as I would go, which isn't much. Since I started searching for more S/S appropriate lip colours, I came across MAC Lustering and fell in love with how brightening it is without being too Barbie pink or hot pink. 

Plums and mauves were colours I thought would never work on my skin tone, so when I discovered MAC Plumful, I was definitely skeptical. It wasn't until Jen from From Head to Toe mentioned it in her favourites video that I was sold. We have relatively the same skin tone, so whatever works on her usually works on me. MAC Soar is interesting because its something I'm fascinated with because of the hype, but I've never actually seen it in real life. I've asked a few MAC stores locally and they can't decide if they don't carry it in the Philippines, or if its out of stock. It seems like a versatile colour so as soon as I see it, I'm going to buy it and test it out!

As for an MLBB (my lips but better), I haven't found anything that I wanted more than the Chanel Rouge Coco in Mademoiselle. I've been pining for this lipstick for years (since I was a freshman in uni I think?) and to hear that they recently reformulated the Rouge Coco's just makes me more excited. Maybe I'll get this for myself when I graduate next year! It's either this or the Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Palette, but that's a different story!

NEW IN: First MAC Lipstick (See Sheer)

Sorry for the late post! I do promise more than one post this week to make up for it. :) It's hugely because I realized the need to take self-portraits for a lot of my succeeding posts, and I'm never alone at home to be able to take these pictures. So yes, this post is also my face debut on this blog! Hope I don't scare you away with it haha!

It's interesting to me how MAC seems to be such an essential brand for most beauty bloggers. Somehow, everyone needs to have something MAC in their make-up collection. It's probably because of their very wide selection, which has always overwhelmed me whenever I visited their counter. I thought I'd share with you today my second MAC product and very first MAC lipstick - See Sheer!

I never wanted a MAC lipstick as badly as I did this year. I clearly lacked S/S lip colours (and lip products in general), and felt like this brand would have at least one lipstick that would be close to what I wanted. I don't know if I ever mentioned, but I'm very picky with my coral lipsticks since I'm not a fan of orange. I discovered this colour in Essie Button's Top 5 MAC Lipsticks video and since then I've always been interested in it.

See Sheer is described by MAC as a 'grapefruit pink'. Its quite muted so it makes it much more wearable for me than a bright coral, which I don't think suits me that well. It's a lustre finish, so the pigmentation isn't as strong as their other formulas (say Amplified or Cremesheen) which is just fine by me since the Lustres are apparently more moisturizing. As a person with dry lips, I don't mind sacrificing staying power for more moisturizing formulas.

I honestly didn't know if this lipstick would work or not, but I'm so glad it did. It doesn't have a white base to it, which can make the colour look stark and just very wrong on anyone who isn't pale. It just adds some warmth to the face without being too bold. As someone who has only worn sheer pinks and reds, See Sheer is a great change and has reopened me to the idea of trying coral lipsticks again.

Note: I do have a resting b*tch face, so please don't think I'm angry! And I realized that the right side of my lip is bigger than the left, which I find strange.

I still apply a lip balm prior to applying this for a smoother application, and out of habit. I apply about two to three layers but I think on lazy days, one layer will do me just fine. It does have that signature vanilla scent that MAC has so it might bother some people who are sensitive to scents. I will admit it is stronger than my other lip products but so far it hasn't irritated me that much.

One thing that bugs me though is that the lipstick started to sweat (droplets forming on it) which has never happened to any of the lipsticks that I own. I guess I'll be placing it in the refrigerator a few minutes before I use it, but if ever you do live in a hot, humid climate like I do, you might want to store your MAC lipsticks in a cool, dry place.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with this lipstick and I'm glad I added it to my collection. I also feel like I opened a gateway to getting more MAC lipsticks (currently eyeing Plumful, Lustering, Hug Me, and Ladybug) which may or may not be a good thing. Hoping I can get Plumful or Hug Me for my birthday or for Christmas!

Christmas Wish List

Surprise post! Hi everyone!

Christmas is just around the corner and I figured I'd put up another wishlist like I did for my birthday. Like the previous one, I'm highly doubtful that people would actually get these for Christmas but I like making lists anyway because it's fun. I'm probably getting some of them myself anyway so it'll be fun. They're all make-up save for two, and some I want more than others.

MAC Custom Eyeshadow Quad

Declaration - I do not own a MAC anything. I've eyed their lipsticks (mainly Plumful and Viva Glam 1) for a long time but I'd also like to give their eyeshadows a shot because there is so much variety. The shade I want most is Cranberry, but I'm also sure on Amber Lights and Wedge, as I don't have anything similar in my collection. I'm still debating on whether to get All That Glitters, Dazzlelight, or Naked Lunch for the lightest highlight shade. I'll swatch them at a MAC counter soon!

NARS Satin Lip Pencils

I've seen these on so many beauty blogs for so long, but never paid them any attention until I saw and swatched them for myself at a NARS counter. I can never resist NARS to be honest! This has the structure of a lip crayon but with the lasting power and pigmentation of a good lip pencil, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I really want to try Rikugien (a 'rose pink') and Mandore (a 'cranberry' colour, and apparently limited edition).

Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation

I've read and listened to the hype around this but never really felt compelled to like it until I tried it for myself (courtesy of my friend from uni, Pau!). I loved everything about it - the medium coverage, demi-matte finish, and perfect colour match. It's quite a pricey foundation but after the Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation which was just...uck, I'd rather invest in something I know I've already tried and tested.

Bourjois Cream Blushes in 02 Healthy Glow and 04 Sweet Cherry

I've seen these around while browsing for Bourjois products online, but when I saw it in Alex of The Red Eyeliner's make-up kit, I knew I had to have it. It's so tiny and all the colours are lovely. I'd be happy to receive just Sweet Cherry alone, but I really like Healthy Glow as well. Out of all I think I would want this and the Koh Gen Do Foundation the most.

Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate

I've heard about this for years and I'd really like to have this in my night time skin care routine. It seems to do it all really and despite the price, it seems like it would last a long time because you only need two drops for your entire face. I've run out of my Innisfree Canola Honey Serum so I'd like to give this a go next if I can!

Shu Uemura Anti-Oxi Skin Refining Cleansing Oil

I loved my first cleansing oil from Shu Uemura which I mentioned here, so now I want to try out this particular variant as it gets rid of dull skin, is smoothening, and has anti-pollution properties to combat aging. This is perfect as I live in the city, and I want to clean my face as much as possible using something like this. That, and I'm running out fast of my first cleansing oil!

Trip to New York

This one is rather random but this is partially a travel blog after all! I chose New York because I've always wanted to see what Christmas was like there for years. All the Christmas movies I've watched were set in New York and the lights and the snow make it such a pretty place to be. This is more of a lifetime wish so I'll be very excited once this happens!

Christmas Wish List

Birthday Wishlist

With my birthday coming up, I thought I'd share some products that have been high on my list of things to buy. In a way it is like my birthday wish list, though I know I would have to be very lucky to receive these as a gift. Well, that's exactly why it is called a wish list, right?

1. Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard

I have been searching for a good concealer for years, even during high school. I have acne-prone skin and all of my breakouts have left me to deal with so many acne scars that take so long to heal. I've read tons of reviews on this particular concealer and it seems to be everything I'm looking for - very pigmented but not drying, while also giving skin care benefits.

2. Real Techniques Expert Face Brush

I've been wanting a brush to apply my Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation (SPF 15) but I wasn't too willing to shell out enough for a Sigma F80 brush like I thought I was. This brush is both affordable but also of high quality, and also claims to give the kind of finish I want for my foundation. 

3. Fairydrops Platinum Waterproof Mascara

This particular line of products is what Fairydrops is known for. It claims to give the best mascara application due to its unique wand shape. My friend in uni raved about Fairydrops mascaras for quite some time, and after reading further reviews I was convinced to get one of my own!

4. Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Peach Parfait

I never really paid attention to the hype around these lip butters, but after assessing my make-up collection, I did realise that I wanted a hydrating lip product for everyday use. I chose the colour Peach Parfait as it looked quite natural from swatches, but I'm also willing to try out Red Velvet, Cherry Tart, and Macaroon.

5. MAC Eyeshadow in Espresso

While I am very happy with my Naked 2 palette, I thought I needed a versatile matte brown eyeshadow that I can also use to set my brown brush liner and gel liner. I haven't seen this for myself yet, but I am choosing between this and Ground Brown.

So that's it for my birthday wish list! I know that there is an obvious lack of skin care products, but I'm quite happy with the ones I have now. I also wanted to add a few wide angle and standard lenses I've been eyeing, but I know that it will be a very, very long time before I can get one of those.
