1 Year of Blogging

April has been a busy month on my blog (mostly due to my abundance of time) and it has come to my attention that today marks Catpacking's 1st Birthday! *throws confetti* 

Honestly, I never thought I'd last this long blogging. I've tried several times for years but I always seem to lose interest or get too busy. That's not the case for this blog, though, so I'm hoping to keep this going for as long as I can. I find that I do enjoy the entire process of taking pictures and writing blog posts, especially as a way to procrastinate (oops). Of course I have a few people in my life who encouraged me to start and continue blogging, for which I am very grateful.

I have a lot of hopes for this blog this year, like changing the layout to something cleaner and of course, to get my own domain. Maybe even upgrading my camera lens, which I've been wanting to do for years now. We'll see!

As a treat, I thought I'd show you my cat. There's a reason why this blog is called Catpacking, after all! Her name is Honey and I got her last December 2013. I never had a cat before despite being a cat person, and its amazing how she never fails to brighten my day. And yes, she is on my sink. XD

I'd just like to thank you as well to you all for sticking around, reading, and leaving comments on my posts. It means a lot to me and I genuinely enjoy conversing with everyone and knowing your thoughts. For you silent readers out there, don't be shy to leave a comment! I promise I don't bite.
